| Before being hired, all of our staff are CORIED and SORIED (state criminal investigation tools used to check the background and criminal records of applicants). No one is hired until the CORI/SORI comes back from the state, attesting that the applicant is free from charges and investigations relating to the safety and well being of children. Within three months of being hired, all of our staff are adult and pediatric certified in CPR and First Aid by an American Red Cross Trainer. We are re-certified in CPR on a yearly basis, and First Aid on a bi-yearly basis. | |
